30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to both monthly and yearly plans.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your purchase using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Contact our support team through the app and we will help.
Subscription cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account in the app or via the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period. After the 30-day window, partial-period refunds for unused time are at our discretion.
