These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Inbox Angel ("Service"), operated by MBTB Enterprise Inc("Company", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

Inbox Angel connects to your Gmail account to scan, group, and bulk archive, label, or trash automated emails such as newsletters and notifications, including optional automated daily cleanup rules for Pro subscribers.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

3. Accounts & Credentials

You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, documentation, and branding, is owned by MBTB Enterprise Inc and protected by applicable IP laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with your plan and these Terms.

6. Your Content & Email Data

You retain ownership of your emails and account data. You grant us a limited license to access, process, and host your Gmail data solely to provide the Service (for example, listing messages, applying labels, archiving, or trashing). We do not sell your email content.

7. Payments, Subscriptions & Billing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

8. Service Availability

We work hard to keep the Service running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service depends on third-party providers (including Google Gmail APIs) which may experience outages outside our control.

9. Warranties Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such exclusion is prohibited by law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify MBTB Enterprise Inc against any claims arising from your content, your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, or your unlawful conduct.

12. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for: material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete your account data after a reasonable retention period.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to MBTB Enterprise Inc's place of incorporation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
